DELIVERY POLICY
I offer FREE delivery to the UK for all Items on my website. For orders from outside the UK please message me directly to discuss varying prices and times. Delivery times vary depending on which products you are purchasing, please refer to the FAQ section for more details.
RETURN POLICY
All photo prints are available to return and are refundable if you are not happy or satisfied with your product. No refunds will be issued until I have received the return and inspected the product. My pet portraits and limited art pieces are not available for returns, however I do offer refunds if there is a problem with your order. Just email or message me to start a discussion about returns and refunds.
PAYMENT METHOD
Rose Art & Photography uses Wix payments and Apple Pay to process your payments. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our business adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
